ERC-721 beats are exclusive - only one exists, giving you complete ownership, unlimited commercial rights, and full resale freedom. ERC-1155 beats are non-exclusive leases - multiple copies exist, offering commercial usage rights but with resale restrictions (cannot be sold to other users, only back to creator). ERC-721 costs more but provides exclusivity and investment potential.
This depends on your NFT type: ERC-721 (Exclusive) NFTs can be freely resold on our marketplace or any compatible NFT marketplace. However, ERC-1155 (Non-Exclusive Lease) NFTs have resale restrictions - they can only be sold back to the original creator or through creator-authorized sales. KLVMNRD receives a small royalty from secondary sales.
ERC-1155 lease contracts are designed as non-transferable licenses to maintain the creator's control over distribution and prevent unauthorized resale markets. These leases grant you commercial usage rights but cannot be resold to third parties. Only the original creator can authorize new sales from their edition set. This protects the value and exclusivity of the licensing model.
Unlockable content (high-quality audio files, stems, exclusive materials) is for your personal and commercial use only. You cannot distribute, share, or resell the unlockable content as standalone files. These materials are tied to your NFT ownership and license agreement. Sharing unlockable content violates the terms and may result in license termination.
After purchasing: 1) Go to "My NFTs" in your profile, 2) Find your purchased beat, 3) Click "Download" to access high-quality WAV/MP3 files, 4) Download the official license PDF. All files are stored permanently on IPFS for reliable access.
